PACS (Portable Air Conveyance Vacuum Systems)

PACS trailer mounted vacuum systems are available in a variety of configurations. PACS units are designed for removing liquids, solids and sludge from land or water. Costing less than vacuum trucks, this unit is approved for highway towing (NATM).

This rugged vacuum system is built with heavy-duty components; the extra strong frame is designed to withstand the difficult conditions of remote locations yet can be towed easily. The trailer has wide flotation tires and is equipped with safety equipment including surge brakes for highway or offroad towing. The unit is fitted with heavy-duty axles and suspension.

Most models have integral hydraulics that allow the unit to run an oil skimmer or transfer pump - as well as lift the tank to dump contents. PACS systems are offered with a wide range of accessories.

The tank is hydraulically lifted for easy and quick dumping through the fully opening rear door. We offer a choice of door opening sizes. A heavy-duty, trailer mounted environmental cleanup and maintenance unit - the PACS is fitted with vacuum relief valves and cyclonic separator. A vacuum filter can also be added.

This versatile system has many uses :

The PACS system is ideal for picking up viscous oil and dense solids on land or from water surfaces. It is also very effective for beach cleaning operations that require long suction hoses and large solids handling abilities. The system includes a heavy-duty suction wand, 1000 gallon (3.7 cubic meters) tank and a selection of suction hoses. Hydraulics may be used to operate a variety of auxiliary equipment such as skimmers, pumps and pressure washers.

We now also offer a Skid Mounted unit for use with existing vehicles or barges.
